UVJETI SURADNJE:
Program se nalazi na stranici www.meeting-g2.com. Program i odabir predavača podložni su promjenama zbog nepredviđenih razloga.
Predavači će predavati na jeziku po svom izboru. Simultani prijevod bit će osiguran na engleskom i španjolskom jeziku.
Smještaj i izlet 30. 10. 2015. nisu uključeni u kotizaciju. Preko turističke agencije moguće je dogovoriti smještaj u hotelu Double Tree by Hilton ili u InZagreb apartmentsu, te izlet.
Ako sudionik otkaže sudjelovanje pisanim putem najkasnije do 01. 08. 2015., vratit će mu se 50% uplaćenog iznosa. Nakon toga roka uplaćena svota se ne vraća.

Cijena uključuje:
26.10.2015.: Svečanu večeru (*samo)
27.-28.10.2015.: Sudjelovanje u programu / Pauze za kavu i ručkove oba dana (alkoholna pića nisu uključena) / Simultano prevođenje na engleskom i španjolskom jeziku
29.10.2015.: Posjet vladinim tijelima (*samo)

Petodnevni program (preporučeno za strane sudionike) 225 EUR + PDV 25% (VAT) = 281.25 EUR*
Dvodnevni program (27.-28.10., preporučeno za domaće tvrtke / lokalne uprave, po osobi) 160 EUR + PDV 25% (VAT) = 200 EUR
Dvodnevni program (samo za domaće studente ili inovatore) 65 EUR + PDV 25% (VAT) = 81.25 EUR

CONDITIONS:
Full program can be found on our official web page www.meeting-g2.com. Both the program and the final list of lecturers are subject to possible changes due to unpredictable causes.
Lecturers may choose in which language to speak (Croatian, English or Spanish). Translations into English and Spanish languages will be provided.
Accommodation is not included in the fee, but it can be arranged with our partner travel agency in Double Tree by Hilton hotel or with InZagreb apartments.
Excursion on October 30th, 2015 (optional) is not included in the fee, but it can also be arranged with our partner travel agency.
In case of cancellation of participation before August 1st, 2015, there will be a refund of 50%. After this date, no refunds will be done.

Oct. 27-28, 2015: Participation in a program / Coffee breaks and lunches included (alcoholic beverages not included) / Simultaneous translation into English and Spanish
Oct. 29, 2015: Meeting with government institutions (*only)

2-day program (Oct.27-28, recommended for local enterprises / local government, per person) 160 EUR + PDV 25% (VAT) = 200 EUR
2-day program (only for local students or innovators) 65 EUR + PDV 25% (VAT) = 81.25 EUR

CONDICIONES DEL CONTRATO:
El programa completo se encuentra en la página web www.meeting-g2.com. Tanto el programa como los ponentes están sujetos a posibles modificaciones por causas impredecibles.
Los ponentes podrán escoger el idioma a hablar. Se contará con traducción simultánea a los idiomas inglés y castellano.
El alojamiento no está incluido en el precio, pero puede ser convenido con nuestra agencia de viajes asociada, en el Double Tree by Hilton o con InZagreb apartments.
La excursión del día 30.10.2015. tampoco está incluida, igualmente puede ser convenida con la agencia de viajes.
En caso de cancelar su participación antes del 01.08.2015, se le devolverá un 50% del monto pagado. Después de esa fecha no se devolverá ningún monto.

REGISTRATION

To register for the Meeting you first need to open and set-up your account.

Proforma Invoice and Payment Confirmation will only show the payer you have entered.

If you would like to change the payer from yourself to your company or institution please click on "Add new payer" (on the right, below Payer information).
After you add new payer, you will be able to click on "Select Payer" and choose another payer from the drop down menu. Proforma invoice will be addressed to the payer you have chosen.

Once the Proforma Invoice has been created and you need to change the payer, you should delete the existing Proforma Invoice and go through Registration procedure from Step 1.

Click "Back" to change anything on the previous pages. Click "Next" to proceed and again, review your selections.

To conclude your transaction, please click on the FINISH button and select the Mode of Payment (Bank Transfer). Payment Confirmation will be automatically sent to your email once we receive the payment.

We accept following credit cards: American Express, Euro Card/MasterCard and Visa

For bank transfer: Please indicate G2 / "proforma invoice number" as reference number.
Participants from Croatia are requested to make payment in EUR calculated according to the Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d. Rijeka valid selling exchange rate on the day of payment. All bank charges are the responsibility of the participants and should be paid in addition to the total fee.
