Please read below instructions carefully before going on next step.
To register for the Course first you need to open and set-up your account. After that you can always use your username and password for all future congresses and courses organised by PENTA PCO on which you can register as a delegate, submit your abstract and have a complete overview of your finances.
Proforma Invoice and Payment Confirmation will only show the payer you have entered. Payer = person or company/institution who will actually make the payment and whose details will stand on the invoice.
If you would like to change the payer from yourself to your company or institution please click on "Add new payer" (on the right, below Payer information).
After you add new payer, you will be able to click on "Select Payer" and choose another payer from the drop down menu. Proforma invoice will be addressed to the payer you have chosen.
Once the Proforma Invoice has been created and you need to change the payer you should delete the existing Proforma Invoice and go through Registration procedure from Step 1.
Click "Back" to change anything on previous pages. Click "Next" to proceed and again, review your selections.
To conclude your transaction, please click on FINISH button and select the Mode of Payment (Bank Transfer or Credit Card). Payment Confirmation will be automatically sent to your email after we receive the payment.
We accept following credit cards: American Express, Euro Card/MasterCard and Visa
For bank transfer: Please indicate CIRAS 2015 / "proforma invoice number" as reference number.
Participants from Croatia are requested to make payment in HRK calculated according to the Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d. Rijeka valid selling exchange rate on the day of payment. All bank charges are the responsibility of the participants and should be paid in addition to the total fee.
Informacije vezane uz registracijski proces
Molimo Vas da pažljivo pročitate upute u nastavku prije sljedećeg koraka.
Kako bi se registrirali na Tečaj / rezervirali smještaj prvo trebate otvoriti i postaviti osobni „račun“. Nakon otvaranja osobnog računa, s otvorenim korisničkim imenom i lozinkom, možete se osim na ovaj tečaj u budućnosti prijavljivati i na druge kongrese i tečajeve u organizaciji PENTA PCO, te se i u budućnosti registrirati kao delegat, prijaviti sažetak i imati u svakom trenutku uvid u stanje Vašeg računa.
Po završetku unosa sažetka, na vašu email adresu bit će poslana potvrda o uspješno prijavljenom sažetku.
Po završetku registracijskog procesa, kreirat će se predračun, a po uplati potvrda o plaćanju. Predračun (Proforma Invoice) te potvrda o plaćanju (Payment Confirmation) će biti naslovljen na platitelja kojeg ste unijeli. Ukoliko Vi niste platitelj (payer), već će uplata biti od strane institucije / druge pravne ili fizičke osobe, potrebno je unijeti podatke tog platitelja – pod „add new payer“.
U slučaju da ste kreirali predračun (Proforma Invoice), a trebate promijeniti platitelja, potrebno je izbrisati kreirani predračun (pritiskom na Delete), te ponoviti proces registracije od prvog koraka (step 1).
Pritiskom na „Back“ možete mijenjati podatke u prethodnom koraku.
Pritiskom na „Next“ nastavljate proces i možete preispitati odabir.
Kako bi završili proces registracije, pritisnite tipku FINISH, te odaberite između dvije mogućnosti plaćanja – bankovne transakcije (Bank Transfer) ili uplate kreditnom karticom (Credit Card).
Za izvršiti uplatu na raspolaganju imate 7 dana. Ukoliko u roku od 7 dana ne izvršite uplatu, Vaš predračun će isteći, te odabrane usluge više neće biti rezervirane.
Po izvršenoj uplati na vašu email adresu bit će poslana potvrda o uplati (Payment Confirmation).
Prihvaćamo slijedeće kreditne kartice: American Express, Euro Card/MasterCard and Visa
Za uplate putem banke: molimo navedite CIRAS 2015 i broj predračuna pod „poziv na broj“.
Bankovne naknade su odgovornost uplatitelja, te je platitelj dužan podmiriti sve bankovne naknade.
